Everyone wanted to be green. Nobody was believed.

By 2020, sustainability had become the most crowded word in beauty. Every label promised something natural; every bottle wore a leaf; and the people the industry most wanted — Gen Z, younger millennials — had learned to read all of it as noise. The opportunity was never another claim. It was a different relationship with the word.

So we made one rule and broke all the others. We would not tell anyone the brand was sustainable. We would make people slightly more sustainable themselves — and let the brand be the one that taught them how. What follows is how.

Strategy / Pg. 04

“Nobody announces their own virtue and gets believed for it anymore.”

In Serbia the gap ran deeper than fatigue. The appetite for conscious living was real and growing, but the habits around it — the bins, the sorting, the plain knowledge of how to recycle a shampoo bottle — had not caught up. People did not need to be told the planet mattered.

They needed to be shown, exactly and without condescension, what to actually do about it. The brand had a real story: true certifications, real reformulations, published targets. The substance was never the problem. The performance of virtue was.

Greener — with three extra letters doing deliberate work. Because the campaign ran on three of them.

Recycle. Repurpose. Respect.

01

Recycle

Make the right action obvious. Bins where people already are, instructions anyone can follow, and the unglamorous logistics of actually doing it — including the bathroom waste nobody thinks about.

02

Repurpose

Show, don't sermon. A used product bottle, painted by an artist, becomes a vase worth keeping. Waste reframed as material — proof you can hold instead of a claim you must trust.

03

Respect

For the planet, and for the audience's intelligence. No guilt, no greenwashing — education that treats people as capable adults who can decide once they actually understand.

Before the Name

For three days, there is no brand. A billboard rises in central Belgrade: only three-dimensional grass and fruit, impossibly green, saying nothing. On Instagram, the brand's own channels begin to hint. Six trusted faces start a countdown to a live none of them will explain.

Attention is the most expensive thing a brand can buy. So before spending a single logo, the campaign earns it — with curiosity, and a little patience.

DAY FOUR: the billboard finally finishes its sentence, and the brand names itself. The city has already been talking for 72 hours.

The Reveal

The reveal is not a press release. It is a party — and the party is the argument. In a garden restaurant run on organic food and drink, sustainability is staged as the most desirable room in the city rather than a sacrifice.

Guests leave with biodegradable #greenierrr bags of the brand's four natural lines. Artists paint over discarded bottles, turning yesterday's packaging into objects worth keeping. Against a living green wall and a neon sign, an hour-long Instagram live turns the audience from spectators into participants.

A tailored set goes to the first to answer correctly about the brand's certifications. Education, dressed as a game.

The Ritual

A launch is a moment. Behaviour is a rhythm — so the campaign installs one. Every Wednesday, an Instagram giveaway for one natural line. Every Friday, a Facebook giveaway for another.

Every few days, a short how-to film on YouTube: real routines from trusted faces, each linking straight to the product at the retailer, so curiosity always has somewhere to go and commerce is never more than a tap away.

The week itself becomes the media plan.

The City

The last move takes #greenierrr out of the feed and onto the street — to everyone, not only the people with followers. On Kalemegdan, a tent of organic cotton becomes a small public school for living a little greener.

Posters and tablets explain, plainly, how to recycle the things most people discard without thinking. The repurposing artists return. The green wall and neon sign return. Visitors leave with a QR code that carries the whole world home.

Essay / Pg. 18

None of this is four campaigns. It's one system.

Each stage is built to pay for the next. The neon sign, the living wall, the painted bottles, the three r's — recurring on purpose. A campaign is remembered as a world, not a list of activations. The work of creative direction is making sure the world holds together.

The Point / Pg. 20

The deepest brands have never sold products. They sell a way of seeing.

#greenierrr asks people to see sustainability not as a tax on pleasure, but as part of a life with taste. The brand is simply the one that walked in with the invitation — and stayed long enough to be believed.

This deck is the output. The work was everything upstream of it — and the sequence is the same whether the subject is biotech, a hotel, an AI product, or a bottle of shampoo.
